We love the Spanish food, including cheese, jamon, and tapas, but have also fallen in love with Spanish wine, and the Spanish lifestyle. We are residents of Spain, living in Girona, in Catalonia. Girona is sandwiched between Barcelona and the French border. The area, known as the Costa Brava, or the brave coast, is filled with Michelin Star restaurants, and amazing DO Emporda wineries.
But, while living in Girona, we have also been exploring other areas of Spain, to understand even more about the foods and wines of this amazing European country.

This dining experience was not about the food. This was a pilgrimage. And, a surreal one at that. This was our experience dining at Can Roca in Girona.
We decided to move to Girona! A lot of our decision was based on the food and wine, and some of the most unforgettable luxury experiences in Costa Brava!
