As for our tour of Alentejo wine tasting . . . we stopped after Ervideira. We learned so much about the wine of the region, in such a short amount of time.
Not until our first trip to Emilia Romagna, though, that we started to learn about tasting balsamic vinegar. I came to appreciate a good aged balsamico.
The Hotel Aigua Blava restaurant offered to host a table of chatty travel bloggers, in their very nice restaurant, for a multi-course gastronomic feast.
