I had never heard of the Douro Valley before our travels to Portugal. After our Douro Valley wine tasting tour, I realized it’s a gem of a wine region.
Hotel Monte Prado is located in Melgaço, one of the two regions of the Alto Minho. We were there to eat and to finish up our wine tasting in Minho.
It was a memorable evening at Akira Back in New Delhi, and we didn’t even have to leave the hotel.
