These scones were incredible! Dense, but light. The warmth allowed the butter to seep into every pore. I lathered on the jam until my fingers were sticky.

I never assumed that the home of Irish coffee would be anywhere other than the US. I could not imagine that the home of Irish coffee was Ireland.
